By accessing or using Voyafield (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Voyafield is a free, informational dashboard that aggregates publicly available data about Japan — including exchange rates, weather, price indices, and geographic information — to help travellers make informed decisions. The Service does not provide financial advice, travel bookings, or professional recommendations.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The data displayed is accurate, complete, or current
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any results obtained from the Service will be reliable for decision-making

All data — including but not limited to exchange rates, weather observations, Big Mac prices, and geographic information — is provided strictly for general reference purposes. It must not be relied upon as the basis for travel, financial, investment, or purchasing decisions. Always verify critical information with official or authoritative sources before acting.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voyafield and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to losses resulting from reliance on data displayed.

The Service aggregates data from third-party providers (see Data Sources & Credits). Each provider's own terms and licenses apply to their respective data. Voyafield does not claim ownership of third-party data.

The original design, code, and presentation of the Service are the property of the operator. Third-party data, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

You may not:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to scrape, index, or mirror the Service or its data
• Send excessive or abusive requests designed to degrade performance or bypass rate limits
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or internal APIs
• Circumvent any access controls, authentication mechanisms, or technical restrictions
• Redistribute aggregated data in bulk without attribution to the original sources
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the Service's infrastructure

Voyafield does not require user registration. We may collect limited technical information, such as IP addresses, browser type, referring URLs, request timestamps, error logs, and approximate geographic location inferred from IP addresses, for operational, security, analytical, and abuse-prevention purposes. We do not sell personal information. We may use third-party infrastructure, analytics, monitoring, or security services to operate, protect, monitor, and improve the Service. Such services may process technical data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
